Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Having Issue In Breathing

I am having difficulty in breathing, I have to inhale and exhale deeply for proper breathing, it feels pressure on my lungs.

From nose I am having no issue, par asa lag rahaa mere galay ya lungs mein pressure partaa yaa difficulty hotii haii to breath. Also I have thyroid aur tsh Thora barhaa howa hai 6.7. Kindly recommend what should I do? Or is it ok! Mjhee phelyy bhi yehh issue howa tha tb mjhee thyroid diagnose howa tha 2 saal phely
