Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Lungs,Breathing,Cough
Asking for Father, Male, 46 years old, Garh Fateh Shah(Faisalabad)
My father having cough , Difficulty in breathing and a Doctor tells (after seeing the Report of HRCT Scan Chest ) that Lung are shrinking.

Based on information provided, it appears your father has "Pulmonary Fibrosis", a kind of lung "Scarring" resulting in decrease of Oxygen in blood, which is a cause of shortness of breath. There are over 150 different causes of Pulmonary Fibrosis which may
include but not limited to Medications, Environmental, Occupational & Dust Exposure, Systemic diseases, Radiations to of Unknown cause. Some are treatable and others manageable. It is important to establish a diagnosis. This requires a detailed history taking
& appropriate investigation. Based on results, your doctor can make a plan of management. Make sure your father had adequate Oxygen in blood by getting it checked.
