ASSALAM-O-ALIKUM i have been suffering with continuous flue with complete nose blockage for 10 years . i have been using xynosine drops for very long period of time. i have taken medication regarding my issue, boht allopethic and homeopathic but nothing helps. i am also taking vaccination for dust allergy from islamabd allergy center for 7 months. recently, i have myself checked from lahore hospital ENT surgeon . he suggested me surgery but i have witnessed cases in which even after surgery, these issues returns but doctor said that happend in polp case and mine are terminate so they will not returns . what should i do? should i go for surgery? also this issues runs in family my maternal uncle, my mother, one of my brother deals with same issue.

An ENT specialist can guide you better after examination. But in most cases you have to continue to take treatment afterwards. Xynosine should not be used for long periods of time. There are other better treatment options available.

so you have got nasal allergy and surgery will not cure you. you have to take permanent medications.
Surgery only for Surgical cause of nasal blockage like polyps etc.Allergic rhinitis and sinusitis the issue in fact you have need on and off medication especially in the season of allergy like winter and spring.Xynosine is not a better option it is just symptomatic relief and it stop working after using for long time .There are more better option.Plz contact for further guidance
