Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Pain In The Chest
Asking for Self, Female, 20 years old, Karachi
I have been feeling a slight pain only upon touching as if the upper chest is swollen. Alos the pain in my upper back and neck. I also feel itching around niples sometimes. I feel these things on and off but for a while now i am having great difficulty in breathing. I workout like before but now i feel out of breath in 5 minutes of running. Especially when i lie down i feel my chest will explode because i cannot breathe. Help me out here. I haven't told my family, they freak out on even a scratch. I want to know if this is just normal or deficiency of some nutrient?
You need proper in breathing especially after workout can be seen in early stages of asthma in young chest pain needs to be evaluated as chest tightness is also a feature of asthma.

Since the last 20 days. I used to feel the pain in upper chest as it was swollen but since a week no pain and only extreme difficulty in breathing.
Well chest X-ray n proper examination is required
Also to rule out proper history regarding asthma
