Age 28 MRA problem ye hai k mjhy 1 man se temperature hai Jo 100 tk rehta ,m ne typhoid,urine and CBC kraya hai to sari reports thek sath sath mjhy breathing prob rehti pichly aik saal se to WO ab bhi hai ,sans laiti hu to undr se seti se awaz ati or seenay m bharipan ,dabao feel hota hai or kbhi kbhi sans laity hoay paslio m bhi pain hota to kia temp is I wja se to ni or kuch dino se galay m bhi Boht dard hai ? Kindly suggest me advice regarding my prob thanku

yours symptoms more like asthma..
for that u need to start inhalers along with some oral medications after consulting pulmonologist.
and document your fever and weight.
do Cxr (xray chest).
because u need to b better evaluated by detail history and examination.
Assalam o alaikum. My advice to you would be get yourself examined by a qualified PULMONOLOGIST.
IN Bahawalpur there are good PULMONOLOGIST like Dr Sajjad sarwar and others.
You need consultation, examination and treatment with follow up.
