Aoa from some time i am having minor difficulty breathing. When i do gym even light exercise or even go to 2nd floor in house mjy saans charh jata h. 2 years back ige ziada tha 323 tou doc recommended me myteka and a powder tablet which i inhaled through pen. Should i visit again? My heartbeat also increase abruptly even when sitting or laying. 140+ when in gym. I measure through pulse oximeter. O2 sat is constantly at 98 97. Kindly help pulmo related issue or cardiac Regards
you need to visit nearest pulmonologist for assessment of your current status
you need physical consultation from Pulmonologist
I think you need to get your ecg and exercise tolerance test first . that is ETT , if they both are normal then consult pulmonologist with recent chest xrays and previous one. he /she might auscultate and recommend spirometry test as well.
For avoiding extensive visits you may get done your CBC ,RBS ,Lipid profile fasting and plan visit to Dr.

Check Cardiologist 1st as your pulse increases even at rest abruptly.After exercise, it’s expected to increase.Exercise induced asthma less likely. Thanks
