Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Respiratory/acne

Since past few months I am having respiratory problem. Entire winters had blocked nose, runny nose and even now one of my nostrils is always blocked. Acne has started appearing on right cheek lower area. According to face mapping it's because of lungs , respiratory problem. I don't smoke. What should I do for the blocked nose and 4-5 acne marks. One acne appears almost every week same areA.
