For severe GERD with non-cardiac chest pain, which drug of following is most effective to increase LES pressure/tone? and at what dosage and how long should take? 1. Domperidone 2. Levosulpiride 3. Itopride Currently taking Rabeprazole 20mg 1+1 with Motilium 10mg 1+1 for GERD

At what dosage these are superior? Can it be can taken twice a day? Because I eat two times a day

levosulpride dosage is 25 mg thrice daily just before can be considered superior to itopride but not a big difference,what matters is which medicine suits are superior than you take two meals,try to add third meal whether take in the form of a snack only,to achieve maximum blood levels in blood.
Also go for test from any lab.

Taking Levosulpiride 25mg twice daily. Will add third dose.
