From the past 6-7 days, I m constantly suffering from severe shortness of breathing and irregular heart rhythm all the day .. I have these problems from 3-4 yrs but it was not severe But Now every second This problem is putting anxiety and very painful
You should go to the nearby hospital or clinic and get your saturation checked and get a chest xray and abgs done . A detailed history and past records are required before the recommendation of any medication

Please do see a doctor to rule out any illness,most likely it may be just anxiety.
Spo2 , Blood pressure? If vitally stable than it’s anxiety

SpO2 is normal , pulse is also normal.... Only the blood pressure was low two days at 52 then became normal 70+ ... but breathing and rythm problem retains
