Kindly consult a pediatrician.
W Salam. Motels and nasal drops should be continued at the moment. He may be considered for inhaler medicine. But better to consult nearby pulmonologist or at least some pediatrician who can examine the patient.. Family education is important for long and short term care... Please ask your kid's doctor for your queries in detail..
Sorry.. It is myteka, not motels. Typing error...

It seems your child is suffering from asthma. He needs inhaled medication in addition to myetika. For this you have to visit pulmonologist so that appropriate medication should be prescribed.
For permanent solution take appointment or call me through marham and tell me complete history then i will tell you his medicines
