My baba is diagnosed with T.b two days back but still they started doing cough with bleeding last time he was fainted but alhamdulliAllah now he is fine but what to do now if they strt doing blood vomit because his energy level is almost down and he can't bear the pain.
This bleeding complication may some time put a patient and his family in trouble but better not to worry if it is of less amount. Anyhow you visit nearby pulmonologist who will give you advise regarding further management

Hemoptysis is a common symptom of pulmonary tuberculosis,, no need to worry if its not massive blood loss ,,,check his Hemoglobin,, and continue Anti TB drugs.
If the Pt is hospitalised nothing to worry , there are certain measures
Hospital consultants can take to stop bleeding. If the Pt is on ATT bleeding will any ways stop soon

If he is already admitted in hospital then no need to worry. In more than 99% of the cases bleeding doesn't create big problem, insha Allah.
