Asking for Self, Male, 27 years old, Lahore

Salam. I was diagnosed with Pleural TB in may 2017 and my tb treatment started on 20 may 2017 ended on 20 February 2018. During the treatment i missed taking medicine 2 or 3 times but i consulted my doctor about this and he said it's alright. In January 2018 i had typhoid fever and during that time chest pain and breathing problem started again. I took some antibiotics for fever and it was resolved. Now, upon completing my TB treatment on 22 feb 2018, i started to feel chest pain in the upper right part and it's severe in night and especially in the morning. Becomes severe with breathing. I am very much worried i consulted my doctor with latest Xray of my chest and he said don't worry xray is fine but I'm curious if i get Drug resistant TB or even lungs cancer? Please help/guide me?

Dear i would give my opinion regarding thsi after going through your recent
reports..but if the pleural effusion is not present again this pain is
usually secndary to pleural thickening...as the pleura becomes thick and
whenever lhngs expand and touch the pleura it causes pain...simple over the
counter pain killers help to overcome the pain in these cases..but we can
discuss ur reports in detail for final opinion.I do consultation at iqraa
ext johar town lahore 7 to 10pm..u can come
