Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on TB In Lungs

my mother diagnosed TB in lungs until now Dr just giving her antibiotic injection and TB medicine since 3 weeks but u fortunately no improvement yet. my question is what is the proper treatment about TB in Lungs . any operation type treatment or just medicines like injections?
