I want to know which Tests should I go for confirm whether I have TB or not? I dont have commonly known symptoms of TB like coughing, sweating, fever etc. But I want to confirm.

Chest x ray should be done first
pulmonary Tb is confirmed when bacteriologic evidence exist means tb organism can be identified it is most diagnostic in sputum specimen. you can get chest x ray to see if any changes in x ray suggestive of pulmonary tb. however tb does not only involve respiratory system it can involve other systems. so it is better for you to visit a pulmonologist or medicine consult for further guidence.

I have some problems related to my digestive system. What should I go for first? X ray or any other test for TB?

Tb involve different organs in body so produces symptoms accordingly but most genrealized symptoms are fever .weight loss and appetite loss.
still if all these r not present some one can be screened fr tb (called latent TB) BY tuberculin skin test n IGRA .

I think it will more better if u consult gestroentologist rather than going to random tests at this level.

xray chest may help if pulmonary tb suspected .
The test is routinely offered according to symptoms and organ involvement. There are tests like IGRA or T.Spot.TB but these cannot differentiate between exposed or infected one.Infact there is controversy regarding treatment/ prophylaxis for such persons who are merely exposed to mycobacteria.
please do T spot TB test or Quantiferon TB Gold intube test. if positive then see a Chest Specialist
Quantiferon gold test and chest xrays
Please do abdominal ultrasound first and if ascites ask some doctor to tap the ascitic fluid send it for analysis show the result to nearest medical specialist and if advised start tb treatment. Also before starting tb treatment do LFTs.
To confirm pulmonary tb do Gene expert test.
