Yesterday, my 23-year-old brother accidentally swallowed a mouthful of petrol. He briefly collapsed, then vomited three times. At Fauji Foundation Emergency, doctors said there was no serious issue, gave IV fluids, and an antacid. We now plan to see a pulmonologist — should we get his chest X-ray done before the consultation?
