Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Upper Respiratory And Chest Bones Tightness

i had a strange problem everytime i feel inflammation in nose when i breath cold sensation feels and my chest bones are also in pain i have checked many pulmonary doctors x. ray and tests are normal my whole body bones are not strong i have done many times ECG and normal not heart related issue. Sens of smell is also lost many test i have been performed. Kindly let me know for further test so i along with my test. i also met ENT specialist also done nose endoscopy but dr told me its related with stomach i don't know whats wrong with me and what is my disease.
