This Xray shows abnormal shadow at the left lower border . This shadow may be fluid , blood or consolidated lung portion.
This pt must be on dialysis , so there may be many pulmonary complications .
There is also a diffuse shadow on the rt
Lower border

Thanks for response, Dear Doctor,yeah its pleural effusion on left the right lungs okay?what about chest infection etc?

It seems to be at right right side is preferred as it is easy
and there are less sided lines take longer course and
require expertise your physician will tell, why he choose left side.
There seems to be left sided pleural effusion(water in chest cavity) and
needs to be tested and drained it is a case of renal failure
then may be normal in these patients but isolated left sided effusions need
to be investigated
