Talk to Radiation Oncologist on Skin Cancer (Mycosis Fungoids)

I want to ask about skin cancer Mycosis Fungoids (T cell lymphoma) last year my cancer was short dr did first radiation and after that chemo therapy hecause diring radiation the lesion was on specific part it means on forehead but forhead lesion finish with radiation but during radiation lesions comes on another part of body means on leg the drd did again radiation because it was a tumor and after that it again come on ankle then dr did chemo therapy which was 8 session .but during chemo therapy some rashes were comes on body i talked with drd he said you consult with dermatology he will check but every dermatology gave topicals cream some said it is medicine reaction but gradually it rashes becomes increase and now it is on whole body like plaque type and pass is coming now dr did biopsy so the report is still mycosis fungoids .my question is when i complete whole treatment so why it comes again on body during chemo therapy .and what sgould be the treatment if ca
