My son is 6.5 years old. He has not started speaking yet. He only use to say few words. He is going to school. what should I do? He do everything himself expect talking.

if ur child having limited vocabulary like at the age of 3/4 years child...u should consult to a child's speech Therapist...and word on deficit areears.

Aoa as per your information your child is delayed in speech You should take your child to the speech pathologist .There is nothing better than Therapy to fix your child,uour child needs a full diagnosis. You should start following it as soon as possible. I can tell you a lot here but you will not understand so it is better to have one of your nearest therapist instead.TIA
The child need thorough investigation. I would be concerned about his receptive Language first.
