Assalam-o-Alaikum Doctor Sahab,
Mera beta Muzamil (DOB: 26 April 2022) ka medical history ka short summary neeche hai: • Birth: C-section, no complications. Early development normal. • Infancy – Apr 2024: Frequent diarrhoea/loose motions; on lactose-free milk since infancy. • 25 Apr 2024: First focal seizure (43 minutes), hospitalised. • Post-Apr 2024: Started Epival syrup 5 ml morning + 5 ml night and Cubriva syrup 3 ml morning + 3 ml night. • After first seizure: Developmental regression — speech delay, memory loss, learning issues. • Mid-2024 – Present: Occasional mild focal seizures continue despite regular medication. • 1 Aug 2025: Started speech therapy and supportive therapies.
Kindly guide on next steps, further investigations, or treatment adjustments.
