I am experiencing difficulty in speaking. i sometimes make unclear sentences. eventhough clear in mind what i am going to say. sometimes speaks too quick, sometimes skip or say partial words. i am very much stressed due to this issue. my communication skills are being greatly compromised. i doubt my tongue has inflammated a bit. i am looking forward for some help. thank you

Hi Dear.
Knowing only this much information is not enough to rule out the cause of the problem. a thorough history is required and you need to be assessed on some parameters before suggesting something. Cause should not be ignored.
