My son is an age of 3 years. He speaks a few words but he understands what we said to him. Kindly guide is this a problem or can be resolved by the time?

please elaborate how he communicates himself, does he use sentences to express his needs? if not then you may need to consult Speech Language Pathologist for his speech and language evaluations

No he does not express his need in complete sentences just use one word and for remaining sentence he use gestures

then you should consult a Speech Language Pathologist either me or any nearby one. He may need therapies to overcome his language gap

Firstly you should consult a speech therapist for confirmation their ref flags along with decrease their screen time.

You should to consult with a speech therapist, after assessment he or she will tell you about his condition
note his screen time/day.try to reduce it n enhance physical activities,sports,table games,hand eye co ordination activities,brain boosting games.increase his eye contact,peer play.last but not least, must check his hearing thru audiometry test.then vizit a speech therapist of ur town
