Talk to Speech Therapist on Speech Delay
Asking for Other, Male, 3 years old, Pakistan
My son is 3 and a half years old. He has only said a few words till now and only says them when he needs to I.e he can say mama but when I say that say mama he won't. He can speak about 10 words max. I am worried about this. Also he has started to show behaviour problems. He gets frustrated and angry when he can't understand what I am saying. Please advise. Can online speech therapy work for us? Or its better do do in person

respected Maam, if ur child's sitting span is good. he can easily go for online sessions. however if sitting tolerance is low and he cant attend things properly and avoid eye contact then take him for physical seasons. but do remember, he is in early intervention age. dont waste this crucial time. wish u all the best for ur son.

Hi dear. Based on what you’ve described, your child is showing signs of a speech and language delay. His frustration and behavioural issues may be due to difficulties in expressing himself.
