Salam my son is 25 months he's not communicating properly like doesn't make sentences can't tell what he need although he speaks single words like open, on, mommy papa, 1 to 10 sings ABC and more like that. Have good eye contact. He lived in saudia Arabia from age 1 to 2 years with almost zero social intraction. He cries alot.. i am very depressed what if he's autistic need your guidance where should i go for his assessment

before the age of 2.5 years or 3 years we are not label to any child with out assessment... most of the cases child hasn't social interaction that's why he face speech difficulty.... first you visit any nearest speech therapy for informal assessment.. you should provide gathering or envoirnment to communicate with him... cut of screen time, involve him in toys.
