I m having hoarseness in my voice and i got the therapy sessions from a speech therapist and they have told me many exercises my voice was imporved a luttle but its not fully cured what can i do now

I have done those exercises and my voice was inproved 80% and then they changed my exercises but it was na effected and my voice is now the same as it was before the therapy what should i do now?
