my nephew does not speak clearly...he has problem in pronouncing some alphabets..he can't speak clearly even he can't speak his name properly...he is school going and he is in nursery but still has some problem in speaking.

Its completely okay for some children to have difficulty pronouncing certain sounds at age 5, but if your nephew is struggling to say even his name clearly and is difficult to understand, its important to have him assessed by a certified speech therapist.
This could be related to speech sound delay, phonological processing issues, or oral-motor coordination difficulties. The earlier we intervene, the better the outcomes.
