evaluate your child's most likely child's speech development milestones develop late, currently having 5years old but not speak property might be child having some other functional issue .you can take online or physical appointment for betterment to your child support
It might be articulation error or language disorder. History taking is important. So Kindly consult with speech therapist to discuss history and get proper diagnosis and treatment.
Its completely okay for some children to have difficulty pronouncing certain sounds at age 5, but if your nephew is struggling to say even his name clearly and is difficult to understand, its important to have him assessed by a certified speech therapist.
This could be related to speech sound delay, phonological processing issues, or oral-motor coordination difficulties. The earlier we intervene, the better the outcomes.
he needs complete assessment regarding articulation issues, oral.motor development and some other aspects. do visit a speech therapist or book ur consultation.

It sounds like you're concerned about your nephew’s speech development, and you're right to pay attention to this. If he's in nursery class (usually around age 3 to 4), he should typically be able to say simple words and short sentences. If he's only speaking a few alphabets or sounds, and speech is not progressing, this could be a sign of a speech delay or another underlying issue.
? What You Can Do Now
1. Consult a Speech Therapist (SLP)
Most important step. A licensed speech-language pathologist can assess whether your nephew has:
A speech delay
A language disorder
Or a condition like apraxia, autism, or hearing impairment that affects speech
2. Check His Hearing
Sometimes children have trouble speaking because they can’t hear well (due to fluid in the ear, chronic ear infections, or other hearing issues).
A hearing test is important to rule this out.
3. Observe for Other Signs
Let a doctor or therapist know if you see any of the following:
Poor eye contact
No pointing or gestures
Not responding to name
Difficulty following simple instructions
Frustration or tantrums when not understood
4. Encourage Speech at Home
Try these activities:
Talk more with him during play
Describe everything you do (e.g., “We are cutting an apple”)
Read simple books aloud
Sing rhymes and songs
Avoid screens (phones, tablets) — they slow speech development

? When to Be Concerned
If by age 3 to 4, a child:
Says fewer than 50 words
Can’t form 2- to 3-word sentences
Is not understandable to family ...then early intervention is very important
