Asking For Self, Male, 32 Years old, Riyadh
“I have a stammering issue since childhood, I often can’t speak at all. For example, when someone asks me a question, I have the answer in my mind but I can’t say it. When I’m alone, I can say every word easily. I feel insulted when I’m unable to respond during meetings, even though I know the answer. I consulted a doctor online who recommended a tablet called Flozak, but it didn’t help. Please tell me if there is any solution.

Stammering can be addressed through various approaches. Since medication didn't work for you, consider consulting a speech-language pathologist for speech therapy, which can help you develop strategies to manage stammering. Relaxation techniques like deep breathing, meditation reduce stress related stammering.
Stammering (Stuttering):
Stammering is a speech disorder that disrupts the normal flow of speech. It is marked by repetitions (e.g., “m-m-mom”), prolongations (e.g., “mmmmom”), or blocks (no sound).
Causes:
Genetic Factors: Often runs in families.
Neurophysiological Factors: Differences in brain activity related to speech.
Developmental Delays: Common in children with other speech or language disorders.
Psychological Factors: Stress, anxiety, or trauma may worsen the condition but are not primary causes.
Resolving Techniques:
Speech Therapy: Guided by a certified speech-language pathologist (SLP), focusing on fluency shaping and stuttering modification.
Breathing Techniques: Deep, controlled breathing helps manage speech flow.
Slow Speech Practice: Encouraging slower, more deliberate speech to reduce pressure.
Confidence Building: Reducing fear of speaking through supportive environments.
Technological Aids: Devices that alter auditory feedback can help in some cases.
> Early intervention and consistent therapy often lead to significant improvement, especially in children.

It is very common for the people who stutter to notice that their speech is much fluent when they are alone and it become difficult in situations like meetings where there is pressure , judgement or a fear if being watched. Let me be honest with you there is currently no medicine that can cure stammering. Medicine prescribed may help manage anxiety or reduce stress temporarily , but it can not directly fix stammering. That is because stammering is not a physical illness its a speech motor pattern that can be managed with consistent therapy not cured with pills.
you need speech therapy sessions and counselling session
it's completely treatable after taking some medicine don't you worry detailed history required kindly book appointment with me it's a permanent solution
