you can contact me easily....em in lahore...I think your age probably 20/21....jab Tak physically consult nai karo gy therapist tab Tak apko therapy suggest nai hoskti....it depends on severity of stammering...but it possible whenever you speech firstly you breath in or out before speaking any sentence..you should exercise breath in or out max 10-20 times in a day..
you should visit your nearby speech therapist because this problem needs sessions with which your problem become better
this problem cause by any stress, firstly identify ur stress, practice ur deep breathing with reliable practice of functioning of speech...at the end smooth ur rate of speech pattern.
