This is about my niece. She is 3.5 years old. She has started stuttering since last 4-5 months. She was alright then out of no way she started stuttering. Never been exposed to any injury. There’s no physical abnormality on her tongue, face or throat.

How was her environment? interaction with parents, siblings, friends. Was there any change in her routine.
It can happen due to change in environmental factors or anykind of stress. You can have consultation with speech language pathologist. She is 3.5 only, at this age therapies may not required.

Asslam o alaikum! In this age if child can't speak fluently like you mention above it is called normal non fluency (NNF) Kindly visit a speech-language pathologist. No need of any medication. Only therapy works.
stuttering in this stage is completely ok. motivate ur child to speak slowly with breaks. If it is not resolve itself until the age 4 then should consult speech therapist.
she is psychological diatrube that's why she is doing stammering.... so many reasons of psychological distrubance
1. in school strick teacher or maid
2. in home one of the parent is strick
3. in surrounding of residence..
u should consult speech therapist as soon as possible...
