Impression Traumatic bone marrow edema in the inferior aspect of L2, consistent with recent fall. No associated fracture. • L2–L3 disc desiccation with diffuse disc bulge, causing indentation of the anterior thecal sac ,m ild central canal stenosis (AP diameter ~6 mm) .Crowding of the cauda equina without definite nerve root compression noted at this level. • Suggest clinical correlation
