Talk to Internal Medicine on Nausea, Headache, Dizziness

From the past few days, I feel vomit, have headache (mild, once at back of my head) and feel dizzy. It all started on Sunday 22 Feb. My BP got normal. I felt vomit and headache. Therefore, I consulted medical centre of my university. They prescribed me ors and some medicines. Then again on Tuesday 24 Feb, I felt the same symptoms (mild headache, feel vomit (nauseated) and dizziness. But my BP was normal. I consulted medical centre of university again. They prescribed me ors and panadol. Now on Thursday today, I felt the symptoms again. BP was normal. I got it checked. But symptoms were same ( headache, feel vomit (nauseated) and dizziness). Today I felt like my head was spinning.
