Hello sir i am 16 years old and first time I faced night in last 2k24 ramadan and last time i experienced it about 8 to 10 months ago.till now i am not having it i am very deprssed can you plx help ne what to do. Abd also sir till which age penis and testes size grow
get ultrasound tetis done then get consultation online or in clinic
u are young in pubarty age ur size will increase but not having night fall need treatment

mem also sometimes i feel hidden pain in my right side of testes and sometimes in left .I am unable to find actually where the pain is and which type of pain i am having . I have ultrasound of testes everything is ok.but what to do
