Asking for Self, Male, 27 years old, Lahore
2 weeks ago, my hba1c test result is 5.7%. It means i am prediabetic now! i am already taking glucophage 500 mg before breakfast. And do 60 mins walk after every meal. How can i reverse it or again normal it..?? Is it possible ???

Stop taking all diets containing refined sugars (Bakery products, carbonated drinks, etc).
Better to do walk empty stomach or at least 2 hours after meal.
Reduce your body weight at least 5% in next 3 months.

Yes it is possible to reverse and delay diabetes but you need to do more care about your life style take glucophage after main meal please don’t eat rice bread bakery items use more vegetables and fruits don’t take fruit juices or soft drinks if any stress do relaxing exercise we will be happy to answer if any other question

Wao !! How do you know that you’re pre-diabetic? And who told you to have this test in the first place? You should check your fasting blood sugar levels. Or you can have this test from any reliable lab which is OGTT after fasting for 8 hours.
