According to the discharge slip , your patient has multiple issues like DM, HTN, BPH, Varicose vain. He recently suffered from Dengue infection, which further deteriorated his LFTs, RFTs , Platelets. He is discharged with all relevant medications list. The current issues is because of deranged LFTs,RFTs , Low platelets, Low hemoglobin. All these functions need to be stabilized in medical units under multi disciplinary approach like nephrologist / Internal Medicine specialist while patient is admitted in hospital. He needs platelets, packed red cells infusion with proper hydration. Further more you didn’t provided his RFTs results. He must be admitted in hospital for at least 2 weeks for regular monitoring. One time online consultation is not the solution.
