Dear Doctors,
I am writing to seek your expert opinion regarding my recent lab tests. I have been experiencing persistent symptoms including:
· Significant tiredness · Numbness in hands and feet (haath aur paon sun hona) · Rapid arm fatigue while combing hair · A constant hissing sound in my right ear · Early greying of hair · Rapid heartbeat and mood swings
To investigate, I have gotten my Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, and CBC tests done. The reports are attached.
I would be grateful if you could review my results and provide guidance on the possible cause and necessary steps.

There is vitamin D deficiency. What was your HB? It is advised to plz consult a medical specialist in person for complete history and physical examination. You might to get some further tests to correctly identify the cause of your symptoms. For now you can start vitamin D supplementation.
