Dizziness, Lazy, Sleepy

Question

I&rsquo;m male, 23 years old, and I&rsquo;ve been feeling something unusual these days. I work in a software house and do night shifts. The issue is that about 10 minutes after eating my dinner, I suddenly feel extremely lazy, dizzy, sleepy, and my eyes get heavy&mdash;almost like I can&rsquo;t keep them open.

I don&rsquo;t have any known medical condition, and at first I thought it was just because of my tough routine. But now it&rsquo;s happening consistently, and after every type of meal&mdash;nothing specific.

if those are normal get your blood glucose level check at the time when you are feeling the symptoms.

Could be reactive hypoglycaemia. You should avoid high-carb diet especially simple sugars; use complex carbs, along-with proteins and healthy fats. And keep your portion size small. Start regular exercise and lose weight of you are overweight.
