Talk to Gynecologist on Two Focal Placental Lacunae 22 Weeks

I'm Alhumdulilah weeks pregnant, and I suffered from a fall last night, I landed on my back. No bleeding but during ultrasound they said 'two focal hypoechoic areas are noted within placenta likely placental lacunae.'
is this dangerous? or normal and what is the precaution for it?

Complete bed rest. And repeat scan after 2 weeks. FCA good , all things are good then nothing to worried
