stick to the medication as it is usual with pain swelling n lock jaw for a couple of days

go for extraction,medicine is temporary,relief will come for sometime but permanent solution is extraction

It’s a problem to be solved immediately cause it causes lots of pain and suffering please start antibiotics if you have no allergy to penicillin group start Augmentin 625 mg twice daily and flagyl 400 mg twice daily along with Brufen 400mg three times a day ,warm saline gargles three times a day and above all dental consultation clinical examination plus radiograph from a qualified dentist asap

The ultimate solution is removal after evaluation but I would advise Cap. Duricef 500mg (1+1) for 4 days Tab. synalgo 550mg (1+1) for 4 days. Gargle with warm salty water multiple times a day.

Since the pain is unbearable, you should visit a dentist or dental emergency clinic in Lahore immediately to check for an infection or impaction. In the meantime, you can manage the pain using a warm saltwater rinse, a cold compress on your cheek, and over-the-counter pain relief like Ibuprofen (Brufen).
