Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy(already Had A C-section 4months Ago)

Me and my wife had our primary baby (by a C-section)after 4 years since we got married but due to my negligence we kept delaying and did not go for family planning and now my wife has missed her period and when we confirmed through a pregnancy test strip that she's pregnant. Now i am ashamed that i put her in this situation of stress but we're also confused what to do now. We're not concerned about our existing baby because we have a big family and he have so many females at home to take care of him like a mother. What we are truly concerned about is the safety of his mother due to risk of early pregnancy after a C-section. we also want to keep that baby due to social pressure and as we wanted to have children for the first 4 years of our marriage but didn't conceived now we don't want to miss this baby but obviously the mother's life has priority. We're very confused and stressed what to do now

Nothing to get worried or ashamed, start folic acid 5 mg once a day , envepe 2 at night for nausea, mother’s life is not at risk . Just stay positive .

There is nothing to worry especially when u have help at home.Only thing is she will deliver by Caesarean again due to short interval.Give her good diet and support.
