Talk to Gynecologist on Gynaecology Infection And Bleed

Aoa, I want to get guidance I have a history of recurrent vaginal infection with cause PID and get treatment for that .. but after meeting with my husband I get that green discharge again for 2 days and then my periods get started after that mh discharge came to normal white with mild sharp order so I am taking antibiotics with vaginal cream . ( ciprfloxacin 500mg 1+1 flagyl 1+1 and doxycycline 1 ) bht 1 after applying lomexin vaginal cream my discharge become orange without smell and then fresh red blood I stoped using that cream and it’s day 3 and I am still wipe blood and discharge blood my periods are 3 days away too so it’s not my periods .. I am really worried about that TTc from last 2 years and my last AMH in Aug 2024 is 1.4ng with FSH 12.9 rest of harmones are normal . Jazakallah in advance ??
