Talk to Gynecologist on Swollen And Bleeding Gums

I( with 26th week of pregnancy)got infected for the last 10 days my gums are swollen, saliva turns greenish yellow, my gums are bleeding often, my lower lip was full of sores, and all these problems occurred along with tonsillitis(first ever in life) I visited two of the dentists and used some mouth wash cooling gels and some home remedies everything is getting better but the swollen gums and the mucus like saliva with foul smell. please guide me
