I need to discuss something very sensitive. I have a daughter she is 9 years Ma Shaa Allah. Uskay baad 6 7 years baad i conceived wo blighted ovum tha or st mom se it was cleaned uskay baad i had a pregnancy 5 months ki abhi 3 months ki jo neural tube defects ki waja se terminate karni pari abhi termination ko 3 montbs huay hain and its a pregnancy again. And i feel myself and my body is not ready for it. Please help

You are upset because of previous bad experiences. You should go for an in person visit to a near by competent gynecologist for consultation and ultrasound. Must start Tab Myfol in morning and tab Folic acid in evening to have increased dose of folic acid. Wait for fetal cardiac activity up to 8 weeks , if it ok then USG for NT around 12 weeks, anomaly scan at 18 weeks. You may consult a psychologist or psychiatrist available near by to get help for your mental preparation for this pregnancy. Insha Allah by good medical care you will be able to carry on this pregnancy
Start taking folic acid 5mg and get your ultrasound done earlier

on plan pregnancy aur jaisi pregnancy aapko neural tube defect ki Hui aisa mahsus kar sakti hain aap. aap Holi kaise lijiye kyunki pregnancy hai to early scan karvaiye aur vah post kar dijiye
