i have Fungal infection , dr Gave me One canesten Tablet and cranberry sachet. Its beeen 4 days My urine is not improving, plus i have fever. Im 8 weeks pregnant suggest me safe in pregnancy for urine problem, Urine is So often but comes in little Quantity, im taking cranberry can u suggest me some more to improve?

You need to be treated for this urine infection .needs blood tests CBC , CRP , kidney function test and electrolytes. Blood cultures if high grade fever . Since you are in 1st three month of pregnancy treatment option is IV AMPHOTERICIN B

take plenty of water. Repeat Midstream Urine examination for culture and sensitivity. clean the area with water before taking specimen.
