Talk to Cardiologist on Concerned About Cholestrol / Lipid Profile

On 1st feb i have visited shaukat khanum for lipid profile report without any reason, abnormal results shown as in picture, after that i have started at my own 5_6KM daily walk, reduced oily food and started to take enriched fiber foods, after 10 days results are here from doctor labs,
My question is that do we need some specific medicine along with diet and walk if yes any suitable doctor recommendation for online assitance plz
