Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Conditions
Asking For Wife, Female 30, Lahore
last menstrual period (LMP) was on 29 December 2025. My expected period date was 29 January 2026, but when I did a pregnancy test that day, it was negative. Since my period was delayed, I did a Beta hCG test on 5 February 2026 (7 days after the missed period), and the result was 603 mIU/mL.
Today, on 14 February 2026, I had an ultrasound scan. The report shows a gestational sac (GS) measuring 1.42 cm. My gynecologist said the pregnancy looks very weak. I am worried and would like to know:
Is this pregnancy progressing normally?
Can it survive?
What should be the next step?
I am attaching the reports and prescription for review.
Repeat USG 2 wks after Ist USG and then we can decide wait
repeat test in one week
repeat ultrasound in two weeks if blood test HCG positive
