I am 7 week postpartum and I am formula feeding my baby at week 4 my lochia and bleeding stopped completely and at end of week 5 I had bright red spotting with some uterine cramping since 5 days I am spotting suddenly at day 6 the flow become heavy at 11 day it again switched to bright red spotting its day 14 now is it my period bleeding if so how many days it last is it normal pattern ??

should go for pelvic scan
Most likely this is your normal period.if it does not stop go for scan.
do beta HCG
pelvic scan

Could be normal return of cycle pattern but do urine pregnancy test
Get a pelvic Ultrasound done.
if normal then start medicine to stop bleeding.
Better to visit your gynaecologist for proper evaluation
