Talk to Urologist on Post Uretroscopy

Consultancy Required... Urologists/Nephrologist/gastroenterologist Patient age. 26 years Weight.normal The patient underwent a ureteroscopy on 11 January 2025. The ureteral stent was successfully removed after the procedure. However, following stent removal, the patient has been experiencing the following symptoms:

Pain in the legs Pain in upper belly Lower back pain Abdominal pain Nausea (feeling of vomiting) Dizzines Weakness sudden sleep or sleep lessness An initial ultrasound showed signs of inflammation. However, the recent CT scan report is clear and does not indicate any significant abnormality. Despite the normal CT findings, the patient is still not feeling well and continues to experience the above-mentioned symptoms. Kindly evaluate the condition further and advise regarding the possible cause and appropriate management. Attaching the reports for reference
