Asking For Self, Female, 33 Years old, Karachi
History Of Pre eclampsia - Baby Delivered at week 34.2 days (IUGR) - Neonatal Death due to Sepsis. Currently in this pregnancy, I am monitoring BP and Sugar regularly. At week 26, bp is raising at midnight up to 120 / 85. Here is my self monitoring sugar level. Please review, Is there need of immediate medication or attention (my next in hospital visit is on 4 May 2026). Medications Include Clexane, Pregnacare Plus, Ascard 150 mg, Calcium supplement. HB is 12.5

Good treatment given, keep checking BP, you can get a baseline doppler scan for reassurance , get all tests done when advised.

Why you check bp at midnight. If it\'s controlled and you are not on medicine then checking once per week is sufficient. For this reading no treatment needed.
Didn\'t understand reason of clexan though
it is normal BP. just follow your antenatal plan of visit
