Talk to Cardiologist on Heart Palpitations And Irregular Pulse

‎Asalamoalykum, ‎Im 37 years old Married and i've a 5 year old kid. ‎My height is 5.9" and  weight is 81k.g. ‎Kindly guide me to whom should i consult in person. ‎From The first day of Eid I'm having issue with my blood pressure & heart beat there is no specific time of this process to start or stop. ‎Some times my pulse beats very slow and sometimes very fast, but most of the times it beats fast, Whenever it occurs my pulse start running 2 beats per second and also it drops a beat per second, during this I feel my heart is also skipping a beat like it is struggling to beat and synchronize with rythem. during this time I also have a sudden cough. ‎From the past two days i've started to walk two hours daily and these symptoms stopped occuring but today‎ these symptoms started to happen again. ‎I want to also mention that Im also suffering with depression,stress, anxiety, panic attacts and extreme mood swings. I was taking sertraline 100m.g recommend by my psychiatrist since 2016 and bef
