Waleikum Assalam , mashaaAllah 16 weeks , this sounds like acute viral seasonal infection ,it takes 3- 5 days will go away on its own, have good rest ,hot drinks like milk , yaakhni, steam, panadol 2-3 times if feverish or body aches, any anti allergic ,if nasal block bother you ,10% normal saline nasal drops .no need for antibiotics unless become worse or cough with sputum. InshaaAllah it will improve soon ,avoid contact with others or social gathering ,take care.
